ronalie. – Delivery & Shipping Policy
‘ronalie’ offers delivery services across Sri Lanka. All orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with the terms set out below.
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery is available islandwide within Sri Lanka only.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
2.1. Orders delivered within Colombo 1–15 are generally delivered within two (2) to three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation.
2.2. Orders delivered outside Colombo are generally delivered within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date of order confirmation.
2.3. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next available business day.
2.4. During peak periods, promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or special events, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended due to increased order volumes or courier capacity limitations.
2.5. Delivery timelines provided at checkout or in the shipping confirmation are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of ‘ronalie’, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or force major events.
3. Delivery Attempts
3.1. The appointed courier partner may contact the customer prior to delivery. Such contact shall be deemed a valid delivery attempt.
3.2. If delivery cannot be completed after two (2) delivery attempts, the order may be deemed undeliverable and returned to ‘ronalie’.
3.3. ‘ronalie’ shall not be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect contact details, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to respond to courier communication.
4. Delivery Charges
4.1. Delivery charges apply to all orders, including exchange shipments.
4.2. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
4.3. Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including in the event of order cancellation or unsuccessful delivery.
4.4. Where an exchange is approved due to a verified product issue, replacement delivery may be arranged at no additional charge, subject to review and confirmation by ‘ronalie’.
5. Delivery Address & Amendments
5.1. Orders will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
5.2. Requests to amend the delivery address must be submitted in writing via official communication channels and will only be considered if the order has not yet been dispatched.
5.3. Address change requests may result in delivery delays. While ‘ronalie’ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed once changes are made.
6. Returned or Undeliverable Parcels
6.1. If an order is returned to ‘ronalie’ due to failed delivery attempts or remains undelivered for ten (10) days from the dispatch date (whichever occurs first), the order may be cancelled or held at the discretion of ‘ronalie’.
6.2. Re-delivery may be arranged subject to prior payment of applicable delivery charges.
6.3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, re-delivery shall only be arranged upon confirmation of full payment via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
7. Dispatch Hold Requests
7.1. Requests to delay dispatch for customer convenience may be accommodated, provided the order is prepaid and has not already been dispatched.
7.2. Such requests must be communicated in advance through official contact channels. Approval is subject to operational feasibility.
8. Customer Assistance
If you experience any difficulty receiving your order or require delivery related assistance, please contact our team promptly. While delivery timelines may vary, ‘ronalie’ is committed to supporting customers and resolving delivery concerns in a timely manner.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order with ‘ronalie’, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Delivery & Shipping Policy.
