ronalie. – Exchange Policy

At ‘ronalie’, all garments are designed and produced with a strong emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the event that an exchange is required, the terms and conditions set out below shall apply.

‘ronalie’ does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All requests are subject strictly to the exchange conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Exchange Eligibility

An item shall be eligible for exchange only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1.1. The exchange request is submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

1.2. The product is returned in its original condition, being unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and labels securely attached.

1.3. The product is free from damage, stains, odours, signs of wear, or any form of misuse.

1.4. The product was purchased at full price and not as part of a sale, promotional offer, markdown, or previous exchange.

1.5. Valid proof of purchase, in the form of the original online order confirmation, is provided.

1.6. The requested exchange item is subject to availability and may be processed for a different size, colour, or alternative style at the discretion of ‘ronalie’.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions shall render the item ineligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Request Procedure (Online Purchases)

Customers wishing to request an exchange for an item purchased via the ‘ronalie.’ online store must initiate the request through one of the following official communication channels:

Upon review and approval of the exchange request, the customer will be instructed to return the item to the address specified below.

The returned package must clearly include the following details:

    • Customer full name

    • Contact number

    • Order number

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt. Once the item has been approved, the customer will be contacted to confirm the available exchange options.

3. Exchange Conditions and Processing

3.1. Replacement items will not be reserved until the returned item has been received and approved by ‘ronalie’.

3.2. Approved exchanges may be processed as:

    • A size variation of the same product

    • An alternative product of equal value (subject to availability)

    • An online store credit or e-coupon

3.3. Customers remain responsible for the returned item until it has been successfully delivered to the designated return address.

 3.4. All return parcels must be securely packaged, and sender details must be clearly stated both inside and outside the package.

 3.5. ‘ronalie’ shall not be held liable for loss, delay, or damage arising from incomplete or incorrect sender information.

 3.6. All courier, delivery, and handling charges associated with exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

 3.7. For international exchanges, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer.

 3.8. Exchange processing timelines may extend up to eight (8) business days for local orders and fifteen (15) business days for international orders, inclusive of inspection, processing, and delivery.

3.9. Each order shall be eligible for one (1) exchange only.

4. Right to Refuse Exchange

‘ronalie’ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any exchange request if, upon inspection, it is determined that:

    • The item does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy;

    • The product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions;

    • The product shows signs of wear and tear;

    • The exchange request was submitted outside the permitted timeframe.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with ‘ronalie’, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Exchange Policy.
